THE RULES OF A F**KING TUBE!
The Tube is the one public transport system that lacks basic human decency putting it delicately. So many aspects of the Tube system make no sense yet nothing changes.
F**king Bags
On any other transport putting your bag on the seat next to you signals you don't want company. But do this on the Tube on a Tuesday morning and you're a proper menace. That's the start of the terrible week. While I can respect this behavior on Mondays and Fridays when it's less crowded nobody wants to sit next to an unpleasant child or someone with terrible breath doing it Tuesday through Thursday will put you on my bad side. Shape
Frowned upon. Now about the shape of the Tube why? I understand the semicircle design given how the system was built but as someone over 6'3" there's no way to stand normally on a packed train without risking serious back problems. Standing dead center is fine I just become another support pillar barely grazing the ceiling. But move to the sides and I'm forced into an interpretive dance routine mixed with contortionism twisting my body into shapes that would confuse the Village People. Then you get annoyed when I'm in your way. Well sorry shorty you can slip into any gap while I have to become one with the train just to stand upright.
Disembarkment
Moving on to one of the most hated parts of the Tube disembarkment. Getting off a train like a normal person seems rather challenging for most of the British population. In an ideal environment there would be a sense of control you let people off first then you get on the Tube. Simple as that. If you choose to stand by the door that's your own fault you'll have to fight with the stampede of London's finest. You move out of the way of people getting off not stand there like a lost traffic cone or a (Something different) You don't create a human blockade preventing people from getting off and you don't stand there looking baffled when people need to exit as if anyone would want to stay on this Tube for the rest of their natural life. Blocking the exit should be a crime and honestly I’d support jail time.
